Squat Force Calculator, Formula, Squat Force Calculation

Squat Force Calculator:

Enter the values of Loaded Weight of the bar LW(kg) , Body Weight of the lift  BW(kg) & Accelaration of Gravity g(9.81m/s2 to determine the value of Squat Force SF(Newton).

Enter Loaded Weight of the Bar: kg
Enter Body Weight of the Lift: kg
Enter Accelaration of Gravity: 9.81m/s2

Result – Squat Force: Newton

Squat Force Formula:

The Squat Force SF(Newton) in Newton is equal to the Loaded Weight of the bar LW(kg) in kilogram to addition of the Body Weight of the lift BW(kg) in kilogram into multiply the value of .90 and again multiply the Accelaration of Gravity g(9.81m/s2) in meter per second square.

The Formula of Squat Force can be writtern as,

SF(Newton) = ( LW(kg) + BW(kg) * .90 ) * g(9.81m/s2)

Here,

SF(Newton) = Squat Force in Newton

LW(kg) = Loaded Weight of the bar in kilogram

BW(kg) = Body Weight of the lift in kilogram

Calculation of Squat Force :

1)Determine the Squat Force and given for LW = 120kg , BW = 60kg , Gravity = 9.81m/s2.

Answer

SF = ( LW + BW * .90 ) * g

SF = ( 120 + 60 * .90 ) * 9.81

SF = 1589.22N.

2)Determine the Loaded Weight and given for Squat Force = 1589.22N  , BW = 60kg , Gravity = 9.81m/s2.

Answer

SF = ( LW + BW * .90 ) * g

1589.22 = ( LW + 60 * .90 ) * 9.81

LW = 120kg.
