Current bill Calculation in AP:
Current bill for AP tariff is higher than the KSEB and TNEB. AP Current bill has three different of category A, B and C. The consumer who consumes power less than 75 units, they come into A Category and the consumer power consumption is less than 225 units means they come to B category. Finally, the consumer electricity unit is more than 225 unit means, they come to the C category.

That consumer consumes more than 500units, then they have to install a smart meter and they have to pay an additional one rupee for the period of 10 AM to 12.00 PM power consumption.
In addition, to that, the consumer shall pay applicable 6 paise as electricity duty.
Category A Current bill calculation in AP;
Let we calculate the Apepdcl Bill for a consumer who consumed 55 units.
Below 75 units, the consumer will come to category A, hence tariff A is applicable for them.

Category B Current Bill Calculation for Andra Pradesh:
Category B has 4 slaps such as 0-50 unit for ₹ 2.6 per unit, for 51-100 units the per-unit cost will be ₹ 2.6, for 101-200 units the per-unit cost will be ₹ 3.6, for the consumption of 201-225 unit the per-unit cost will be ₹ 6.9.
Example:
Calculate the electricity bill for 208 units.
Above 75 unit, you will come to category B, hence look at the table,

Category C Electricity Bill Calculation for AP:
A consumer who consumes more than 225 units, they come to category C. they have to pay additional 100 to 200% higher than the Category A and B. Their tariff rates are (0-50 units – ₹2.65 per unit), for 51-100 units the per-unit cost will be ₹ 3.35; for 101-200 units the per unit cost will be ₹ 5.4. like then for 201-300 unit, it will be ₹ 7.1, for 301-400 units ₹ 7.95, for 401-500 unit, it is ₹ 8.5, for more than 500 unit it will be ₹ 9.95.
For easy understanding, let we take a simple example and assume, you have 580 unit consumed on this month. Calculate the electricity bill as per AP latest regulation.
