The Coefficient of Velocity Cv(m/s) in meter per second is equal to the SQRT of the Horizondal distance x(ft) in feet is squared is Divided by the value of 4 into multiply the Vertical Distance y(ft) in feet and again multiply the Head of Water h(ft) in feet.
The Formula of Coefficient of Velocity can be writtern as,
