Blowing Force Calculator:
Enter the values of density of air Da(kg/m3) , condact area A(m2) & velocity of air V(m/s) to determine the value of blowing force BF(Newton) .
Blowing Force Formula:
The blowing force BF(Newton) in Newton is equal to the density of air Da(kg/m3) in kilogram per meter cubic to multiply the condact area A(m2) in meter square again multiply the velocity of air V2(m/s) in meter per second.
The formula of blowing force can be writtern as,
BF(Newton) = Da(kg/m3) * A(m2) * V2(m/s)
Here,
BF(Newton) = blowing force in Newton
Da(kg/m3) = density of air in kilogram per meter cubic
A(m2) = condact area in meter square
V(m/s) = velocity of air in meter per second
Examples Problems for the Blowing Force :
1)To calculate the blowing force and the density of air 1.220kg/m3 and the condact area 4m2 and the velocity of air 8m/s.
Answer
BF = Da * A * V2
BF = 1.220 * 4 * 8
BF = 312.32N.
2)To calculate condact area and the blowing force 39N and the density of air 1.220kg/m3 and the velocity of air 8m/s.
Answer
BF = Da * A * V2
39 = 1.220 * A * 8
A = 4m2
