Momentum Formula:

The Momentum p(kgm/s) in kilogram meter per second is equal to the Mass m(kg) in kilogram and multiply the Velocity V(m/s) in meter per second.

The Equation of Momentum can be writtern as,

p(kgm/s) = m(kg) * V(m/s)

Here,

p(kgm/s) = Momentum in kilogram meter per second

m(kg) = Mass in kilogram

V(m/s) = Velocity in meter per second

Momentum Calculation :

1)Calculate the Momentum and given for Mass = 10kg , Velocity = 5m/s.

Answer

p = m * V

p = 10 * 5

p = 50kgm/s.

2)Calculate the Velocity and given for Mass = 10kg , Momentum = 50kgm/s.

Answer

p = m * V

50 = 10 * V

V = 5m/s.
