Kinetic Energy Formula:

The Kinetic Energy K(J) in Joules is Equal to the Half into Multiply the Mass m(kg) in kilogram and again Multiply the Velocity v(m/s) in meter per second and is squared.

The Equation of Kinetic Energy can be written as,

K(J) = ½ * (m(kg)) * (v(m/s))2

Here,

K(J) = Kinetic Energy in Joules

m(kg) = Mass in kilogram

v(m/s) = Velocity in meter per second

1) Calculate the Kinetic Energy and given for the Mass = 15kg , Velocity = 6m/s.

Answer

K = ½ * (m) * (v)2

K = 0.5 * 15 * 62

K = 270J.

2) Calculate the Velocity and given for the Mass = 15kg , Muzzle Energy = 270J.

Answer

K = ½ * (m) * (v)2

270 = 0.5 * 15 * (v)2

v = 6m/s.
