Angle of Acceleration Formula:

The Angle of Acceleration a(degree) in degree is Equal to the Angle A(degree) in degree and TAN of the Vertical component of Acceleration Ay(m/s2) in meter per second square is Divided by the Horizontal component of Acceleration Ax(m/s2) in meter per second square.

The Formula of Angle of Acceleration can be written as,

a(degree) = A(degree) * TAN (Ay(m/s2) / Ax(m/s2) )

Here,

a(degree) = Angle of Acceleration in degree

A(degree) = Angle in degree

Ay(m/s2) = Vertical component of Acceleration in meter per second square

Ax(m/s2) = Horizontal component of Acceleration in meter per second square

Angle of Acceleration Calculation:

1)Calculate the Angle of Acceleration and given for the Angle = 30degree , Vertical component of Acceleration = 30m/s2 , Horizontal component of Acceleration = 60m/s2.

Answer

a = A * TAN ( Ay / Ax )

a = 30* TAN ( 30 / 60 )

a = 16.38degree.

2)Calculate the Horizontal component of Acceleration and given for the Angle = 30degree , Vertical component of Acceleration = 30m/s2 , Angle of Acceleration = 16.38degree.

Answer

a = A * TAN ( Ay / Ax )

16.38 = 30 * TAN ( 30 / Ax )

Ax = 60m/s2.
